Order processing

Please allow 1-2 working days to process your order / respond to an inquiry. When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Please note, items labelled as ‘Made-to-Order’ will take 7-10 days to be produced before shipping. This duration can alternate depending on the current demand of our customers.

Delivery

Free Worldwide shipping applies to all orders. The estimate shipping time is 3-7 days across Russia, 10-16 days across Europe & United Kingdom and 14-21 days for the rest of the World depending on location.

Import duties and taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ana Selivanova is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns

We regret to inform that refunds are not available for the items labeled as ‘Limited Edition’ or ‘Made to Order’ that have been purchased through our website.
